We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The location was perfect for us as it was close to a beautiful shopping mall, where we enjoyed some shopping and dining. The room was clean and comfortable, and we loved the big bath in the bathroom. The breakfast was also delicious and had a good variety of food. We also appreciated the fridge in the room to keep our drinks cold.

The pool was not as clean as we would have liked, but it didn't stop us from enjoying it.

The hotel does not have a main counter or a phone in the room to contact the staff, which can be quite inconvenient. It would have been better if they had informed the guests beforehand to avoid any disappointment.
